  • Users may cancel their subscription at any time via their account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the ongoing paid period.
  • Annual Subscription (€99.99, price varies by country):
  • Annual subscription is a single upfront payment processed via Apple Pay or Google Play.
  • No partial or total refunds will be issued once the annual payment has been made.
  • Upon cancellation of the annual subscription, users will retain access until the end of the prepaid annual period without entitlement to refunds.

📖 2. Purchase of Personalized Printed Books

  • Users may purchase physical printed copies of audiobooks created using the platform.
  • Base indicative price: €99.99 per order of two printed books, variable by country.
  • Conditions for returns and refunds:
  • Returns will only be accepted in cases of physical defects, damages, or printing/shipping errors directly attributable to BukBuk or its printing/shipping partners.
  • Users must notify us of such incidents within 14 calendar days after receiving the order via email at victordfmsc@gmail.com.
  • Returns will not be accepted due to user-generated content errors (spelling, grammar, stylistic issues, or textual mistakes).
  • Users are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying their content carefully before confirming the purchase.

🎧 3. Free Streaming Access & Intellectual Property Rights

  • BukBuk provides free streaming access to all audiobooks generated by registered users on the platform.
  • Subscription payments grant users solely the right to create personalized audiobooks, not intellectual property ownership.
  • Copyright and Intellectual Property:
  • Users do not acquire any intellectual property rights over the audiobooks they create.
  • All rights relating to synthetic voices are governed by the terms and conditions set by ElevenLabs.
  • BukBuk reserves exclusive rights to manage and distribute user-generated content within the platform.

📚 4. Purpose & Non-competition with Bookstores and Publishing Industry

  • BukBuk does not promote, market, or distribute these novels with commercial or competitive intent towards bookstores, publishers, or the traditional publishing industry.
  • BukBuk services are exclusively intended for personal entertainment and are not designed to substitute or compete with commercially available books, bookstores, publishers, or any other entity within the publishing industry.

⚠️ 5. User Responsibility for Generated Content

  • All content generated using DeepSeek is the sole responsibility of the user who creates it.
  • BukBuk will not be held liable under any circumstances for inappropriate, offensive, or third-party rights infringing content generated by users.
  • The platform reserves the right to remove without prior notice any content deemed inappropriate or unlawful.

  • The BukBuk application is available in more than 26 languages.
  • Users are solely responsible for the correct selection of their desired language.
  • Refunds will not be issued due to dissatisfaction with automatic translations or language choices.
