- No partial or total refunds will be issued once the annual payment has been made.

- Users may create personalized guided audio meditations using the platform. These audio meditations are self-guided and custom-made by users themselves.
- Mint MINT provides streaming access to these user-generated guided meditations within the platform.
Conditions for returns and refunds:
- Given the digital and personalized nature of audio meditation content, no refunds or returns will be accepted once the digital audio meditation has been created.
- Users are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying their meditation content carefully before confirming its generation.
🎧 3. Free Streaming Access & Intellectual Property Rights
- Mint MINT provides free streaming access to all guided audio meditations generated by registered users on the platform.
- Subscription payments grant users solely the right to create personalized guided audio meditations, not intellectual property ownership.
Copyright and Intellectual Property:
- Users do not acquire any intellectual property rights over the guided audio meditations they create.
- All rights relating to synthetic voices are governed by the terms and conditions set by ElevenLabs.
- Mint MINT reserves exclusive rights to manage and distribute user-generated meditation content within the platform.
🧘 4. Purpose & Non-competition with Professional Meditation Providers
- Mint MINT does not promote, market, or distribute these guided audio meditations with commercial or competitive intent towards meditation studios, professional meditation instructors, mindfulness centers, or traditional wellness and meditation industries.
- Mint MINT services are exclusively intended for personal wellness and relaxation, and are not designed to substitute or compete with commercially available meditation services or professional meditation practitioners.
⚠️ 5. User Responsibility for Generated Content
- All content generated using DeepSeek is the sole responsibility of the user who creates it.
- Mint MINT will not be held liable under any circumstances for inappropriate, offensive, or third-party rights infringing content generated by users.
- The platform reserves the right to remove without prior notice any content deemed inappropriate or unlawful.
